Please note that transit times vary based on location and pin-code serviceability. Allow up to 7-10 days after processing for delivery. While we strive to dispatch your prints promptly, transit times are beyond our control as we rely on third-party logistics partners (such as FedEx, Delhivery, etc.).

It's important to note that each piece is crafted to order, initiating the creative process once your order is placed. Consequently, we extend returns or refunds only in special cases (please refer to the details below for further information).

Cancellation:

However if you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, we will go ahead and start processing your order. 

Return / Refund:

If by chance you happen to receive a damaged product please contact us via email: hello@klasika.in or whatsapp within 48 hours and we will initiate a refund/exchange*.
